Reglas y condiciones para participar

Participarán en esta promoción los titulares de las primeras mil reservas de viaje realizadas a través de la web https://madcoolfestival.es/travel.php.

Para poder ser ganador la reserva realizada para participar deberá estar activa y pagada. Aquellos participantes que hayan cancelado su reserva antes del disfrute de la misma, en caso de resultar ganadores serán descartados, nombrándose ganador al suplemente seleccionado. 

El incumplimiento o falta de acreditación de alguno de los requisitos conllevará la exclusión del participante de esta promoción.

No podrán participar personas implicadas en la organización de esta actividad.

Selección del ganador y modalidad de sorteo

La selección del ganador se llevará a cabo a través de la plataforma de sorteos online random.org el día 10 de julio de 2024.

Se seleccionará 1 ganador y 1 suplente.

Él equipo de FLOWO Viajes comunicará su condición de ganador/a junto con el procedimiento para disfrutar del premio . Si en el plazo de una semana no ha contestado la aceptación del premio, se le informará al suplente.

FLOWO se reserva el derecho a efectuar cambios en la campaña durante su desarrollo, si se produjera alguna causa que impida llevarla a buen término o con el fin de mejorar su avance, dándole a estos cambios la misma publicidad que a las presentes bases.

Premio de la promoción

Todos los participantes de esta promoción que cumplan las presentes bases entrarán en el sorteo de 1 VIAJE A REPÚBLICA DOMINICANA PARA DOS PERSONAS, de conformidad a las siguientes condiciones:

Condiciones del viaje a República Dominicana:

A disfrutar por parte del ganador (titular de la reserva) y un acompañante

• Vuelo desde/hasta  Madrid con la compañía W2fly en clase turista. No se incluyen las aproximaciones desde/hasta el lugar de origen del ganador.
• Estancia de 7 noches en hotel de 4* en régimen de todo incluido (el nombre del hotel se confirmará por FLOWO en el momento de gestionarse la reserva) Habitación doble estándar.
• Validez de un año natural desde la adjudicación. Los dos pasajeros deben viajar en las mismas fechas (una única reserva para dos personas)
• Fechas de viaje a elegir excluyendo fechas entre 01/07 y 15/09, Puentes, Navidad, Fin de año y Semana Santa. Sujeto a disponibilidad.

El premio de la presente promoción no podrá ser objeto de cambio, alteración, compensación ni cesión. FLOWO no pagará honorario, gasto o retribución de ningún tipo, distinto del premio acordado para el ganador del sorteo.

Protección de datos

Los datos suministrados por los participantes (de contacto e imagen) serán tratados confidencialmente y recopilados en un fichero automatizado de datos de carácter personal, siendo la empresa FLOWO CORPORATE S.L.U con CIF B01694579 titular y responsable de dicho fichero, con el objetivo de:

• Gestionar la participación de los concursantes y ponerse en contacto con ellos.
• En caso de resultar seleccionado conforme a las bases del Sorteo, la publicación de la fotografía seleccionada. 
• Gestionar el envío de publicidad de productos y servicios de estas sociedades por todos los canales disponibles.

Para garantiza el cumplimiento íntegro de REGLAMENTO (UE) 2016/679 DEL PARLAMENTO EUROPEO Y DEL CONSEJO de 27 de abril de 2016 en el tratamiento de los datos personales recogidos en el Concurso. Sus datos no se comunicarán a ningún tercero ajeno a las empresas indicadas, excepto para el cumplimiento de obligaciones legales.

Repercusión fiscal

El premio objeto de esta promoción estará sujeto a la normativa fiscal en vigor aplicable en cada momento y a sus disposiciones de desarrollo. Dicha normativa aplicable podría sujetar a tributación el citado premio, dependiendo de la residencia del premiado y el valor del premio, siendo en todo caso el coste fiscal asumido íntegramente por el ganador premiado, así como las obligaciones tributarias que se deriven.

Se hace constar que, de conformidad con la normativa fiscal española, los premios concedidos por la participación en este tipo de concursos podrán estar sujetos a retención o ingreso a cuenta en la medida en que el valor del premio sea superior a trescientos euros (300.-€). El premio de esta promoción es de valor superior a 300.-€

Aceptación de las Bases Legales

La participación en el concurso implica la aceptación de los presentes términos y condiciones legales. Cualquier manifestación de no aceptación de la totalidad o parte de las bases legales implica la exclusión del participante y, como consecuencia de ello, FLOWO quedará liberada del cumplimiento de la obligación contraída con este participante.

Rules and conditions for participating

The holders of the first one thousand travel bookings made through the website https://madcoolfestival.es/travel.php will participate in this promotion.

In order to be eligible to win, the booking must be active and paid for. Those participants who have cancelled their reservation before the reservation has been made, in the event of being winners, will be discarded, and the selected substitute will be named the winner. 

Non-compliance or failure to meet any of the requirements will result in the exclusion of the participant from this promotion.

Persons involved in the organisation of this activity may not participate.

Selection of the winner and mode of the draw

The winner will be selected via the online prize draw platform random.org on 10 July 2024.

One winner and one alternate winner will be selected.

The FLOWO Travel team will communicate the status of the winner along with the procedure to enjoy the prize. If within one week you have not replied to accept the prize, the alternate will be informed.

FLOWO reserves the right to make changes to the campaign during its development, if any cause should arise that prevents it from being carried to a successful conclusion or in order to improve its progress, giving these changes the same publicity as these rules.

Prize of the promotion

All participants in this promotion who comply with these rules will be entered into a draw to win a TRIP TO THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC FOR TWO PEOPLE, in accordance with the following conditions:
 

Conditions of the trip to the Dominican Republic:

To be enjoyed by the winner (holder of the reservation) and one companion

Flight from/to Madrid with the company W2fly in tourist class. Not included are the approaches from/to the winner's place of origin.
7-night stay in a 4* hotel on an all-inclusive basis (the name of the hotel will be confirmed by FLOWO at the time of booking) Standard double room.
Valid for one calendar year from award. Both passengers must travel on the same dates (one booking for two people).
Travel dates to choose from excluding dates between 01/07 and 15/09, Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year's Eve and Easter. Subject to availability.
The prize in this promotion may not be subject to change, alteration, compensation or assignment. FLOWO will not pay any fees, expenses or remuneration of any kind, other than the prize agreed for the winner of the prize draw.
 

Data protection

The data provided by participants (contact and image data) will be treated confidentially and compiled in an automated personal data file. The company FLOWO CORPORATE S.L.U with CIF B01694579 is the owner and responsible for this file, with the aim of:

Manage the participation of the contestants and contact them.
In the event of being selected in accordance with the terms and conditions of the draw, the publication of the selected photograph. 
To manage the sending of advertising of products and services of these companies through all available channels.
To ensure full compliance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 in the processing of personal data collected in the Competition. Your data will not be disclosed to any third parties outside the companies listed above, except for compliance with legal obligations.

You have the right to access your personal data that are subject to processing, to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request their deletion when the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, as well as to exercise the rights of opposition and limitation to the processing and portability of the data.

Tax implications

The prize which is the object of this promotion will be subject to the tax regulations in force applicable at any given time and to its implementing provisions. Said applicable regulations may subject the aforementioned prize to taxation, depending on the residence of the prize-winner and the value of the prize, the tax cost being in any case assumed in full by the prize-winner, as well as the tax obligations arising therefrom.

It is hereby stated that, in accordance with Spanish tax regulations, prizes awarded for participation in this type of competition may be subject to withholding or payment on account insofar as the value of the prize exceeds three hundred euros (€300). The value of the prize in this promotion exceeds €300.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Participation in the competition implies acceptance of these legal terms and conditions. Any manifestation of non-acceptance of all or part of the legal bases implies the exclusion of the participant and, as a consequence, FLOWO will be released from the fulfilment of the obligation contracted with this participant.
